He was predeceased by: his parents, George Prepelica and Dolores Prepelica. He is survived by: his siblings, Thomas Prepelica (Kyong), Michael Prepelica (Roseann), Susan Hendrickson (Gary) and Judy Machak (Jack). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
