He was predeceased by: his brothers, Paul and Ronald; his wife Helen Binning; and his sons, Robin Guibault and Edward Guibault.

He is survived by: his children, Carol Walton, Judy Kidder, Anita Siver, Michael Guibault and Robert Binning. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
