She was predeceased by: her parent Assyrian-German; her husband Harvey; her brother Samir Madalo (Ingrid); and her siblings-in-law, Rahim Qillo and Faeza Madalo.
She is survived by: her children, Raymond, Rita (Steve DeAtley) and Edward Parhad (Newtown); her grandchildren, Olivia, Evan Parhad and Sophia Parhad DeAtley; and her siblings, Sultana Hanna (Hermiz), Samira Qillo, Sahera Jabrail (Noail), Souad Sulaiman (Hani), Salim Madalo (Najlah) and Saeed Madalo. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
