He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Dr. Douglas Batesky (Maura) of Libertyville, Richard Jr. Batesky (Lorri) of Carmel, IN, Ted Batesky (Stephanie) of New York City, Treacy Cutting (Phil) of Libertyville, Chris Fisher, Trace Batesky, Audrey Batesky, Myles Batesky, Trip Batesky, Emma Livorno, Jack Batesky, Grant Cutting, Andrew Cutting and Kate Cutting; and his parents, Douglas Batesky and Jana Dillon.
