He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Maple and Augusta Maple; and his brother James. He is survived by: his children, Kristine Lenane (Tom) of Libertyville, IL, Jody Barnes (Tim) and Robert Maple (Olivia) of Galena, IL.; and his wife Barbara. He is also survived by his three children, seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
