He is survived by: his wife Leslie Cooksey; his children, David Cooksey (Amanda), Gwen Dowell (Ben), Matthew Cooksey (Anoosh) and Sara Jakubowski (Joshua); his grandchildren, Abigail, Felicity Cooksey, William, Julia, Nicholas Dowell, Arlo, Adrineh, Aiden Cooksey, Jaxon, Connor Sikora and Aslan Reeves; his brother Dr. Steven Cooksey; and his friend Jean Cooksey.
