She was predeceased by: her husband John L. Bartels; her daughter Amy Bartels-Goldman; and her brother Bud (Caryl Lemke). She is survived by: her daughter Dr. Laura Bartels-Peculis (Peter); her grandson John Goldman; and her siblings, Alan Lemke and Barbara Withycombe.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Burnett-Dane Funeral Home (120 W Park Ave, Libertyville, IL 60048). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
