He is survived by: his wife Rebecca; his son Adam O'Sullivan (Gina Winkler); his siblings, Merle Vallieres, Jay (Lalaine), Reid (Diane Turner), David (Patricia), Shaindel Kost (Gary) and Joan Rieger (Richard); and his brothers-in-law, Matthew Hagemann (Lavonda) and Scott Hagemann.

Paul loved all animals; in lieu of flowers, donations to the following organizations will honor Paul's memory.
