We are sad to announce that on April 25, 2022, at the age of 67, Patricia K Zifka of Libertyville, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her husband Bruce Zifka; her siblings, Mary Anne Cole of Kettering, OH, Jennifer Starr (Bud) of Apache Junction, AZ and John O'Halloran of Chicago; her nieces, Shannon Hermanson and Christina Bagwell; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Charles, Lacy Hermanson, Michelle and Cora Bagwell.
