With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Pamela L. Hoffmeister of Libertyville, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on November 1, 2023 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Astrid Woehler and Elmer Woehler; her husband Edmund Hoffmeister; her children, Jennifer Phillips (Stephen) and David Hoffmeister; her grandchildren, Andrew, Shannon, Megan, Christian and Emily; her sister Gail Pogue (Dan); and her niece Lisa Gibbons (Brian).
