She is survived by: her former husband Roy Herman; her children, Mary Anne, John, Thomas, Maureen, Michael (Sandra), Degree, Teaching English, Speakers of Other Languages and Kathryn Anderson (Scott); her grandchildren, Stephanie, Michael, Erin, Christopher, Hayley, Nicholas, Anna, Jack, Nick and Luke; her great grandchildren, Trinity, DeFrederick, LeClaire, Matthew and Maleah; her nieces, Kathy and Maribeth; and her nephew John (Roy Herman). She is also survived by her children, her students, her friends and relatives.
