He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth L. Fogo Sr.; and his brother Larry Fogo. He is survived by: his wife Joy Fogo (Trelford); his children, Tammy Dreyer (Fogo) and Jeremy Fogo; his grandchildren, Hannah Dreyer, Jeremy Fogo II, Cody Dreyer and Kaitlyn Fogo; his mother Caroline Fogo (Brockman); and his brother Terry Fogo.

In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations to St. Jude as an expression of sympathy.
