We are sad to announce that on June 15, 2022, at the age of 88, Joseph S. Rafferty (Libertyville, Illinois), born in Highland Park, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Mary O'Kate McCarthy (Shawn), Daniel Rafferty and Maggie Ugolini; his grandchildren, Michael Roshetski, Samuel Templeman, Patrick Ugolini, Shamus Ugolini and Shannon McCarthy; his brother Alex Rafferty III; his brother-in-law Lt. Colonel Dennis Carroll, Sr.; and his father Alex Rafferty, Jr.. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
