He was predeceased by: his parents, Jonathan "Richard" Dervis and Mary Jane Fisher. He is survived by: his children, Amber and Dylan Dervis; his brother Gregory Dervis (Bonnie); his nephew Cole Dervis; his niece Morgan Dervis; his stepmother Sharon Dervis; and his stepsisters, Beth Mills and Jennifer Gouvaia. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, extended family, and friends.
