He is survived by: his children, Sandy Miller (Robert), Cheryl Suydam Monken, Mike Suydam and Brad Suydam (Karen); his grandchildren, Lon, Jason, Nicole, Trisha, Amanda, Carlie, Taylor, Anthony and Thomas; and his great grandchildren, Luke, Trent, Sara, Sophie and Zaira.
