He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Lawrence II and Evelyn Kavanagh (Romanecki); his wife Barbara Kavanagh (Giandalia); his children, Lisa Jazo (Dan), John Kavanagh (Pam) and Peter Kavanagh; his grandchildren, MaClayn, Cooper Jazo, Teagen, Kye Kavanagh and Emmie Mae; and his siblings, Tom Kavanagh (Mary Beth), Maurita "Dee" Bora (Norbert), Joyce Prestin and Michael Kavanagh (Linda).
