He was predeceased by: his father John Chadwick. He is survived by: his wife Sybil Chadwick; his sons, Jack and Charles; his mother Marsha Chadwick; and his brother Jim Chadwick.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McMurrough Funeral Chapel (101 Park Pl, Libertyville, IL 60048). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the United Methodist Church (429 Brainerd Ave, Libertyville, IL 60048). A burial will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 11:15 AM to 11:30 AM at the Lakeside Cemetery (600 Lake St, Libertyville, IL 60048).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to 529 college savings plans for Jack and Charles to help secure their future education.
