He was predeceased by: his father Jon Kolb. He is survived by: his mother Sarah Kolb; his sisters, Bronwyn Kolb, Stacey Gallaugher (Guy) and Kristine Sewell (James); his nieces and nephews, Tyler Gallaugher, Jack Gallaugher (Elena), Logan Sewell, Kylie Sewell and Paige Gallaugher; and his great-niece Melanie Robinson.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jayson's memory to the Alzheimer's Association, a cause close to his heart.
