She was predeceased by: her husband George Brzezinski; and her brothers, Tom and Frank Schroeder. She is survived by: her children, Peggy Keefe (Joe), Brad Brzezinski (Debra), Steve Brzezinski (Debbie) and Doug Brzezinski (Cheryl Garamoni); her grandchildren, Erin, Brittany, Scott, Eric, Kelsee, Jake and Sara; her great grandchildren, Madelyn, Parker, Sebastian, Mia and Jasper; and her caregiver Goya Williams.
