He is survived by: his wife Lynne Blakesley Hellquist; his children, Kristin Hellquist (Michael Cunningham) of Chicago, Bridget Lesinski (David) of Munster, IN and Erik Hellquist of Libertyville; his grandsons, Alex, Cole, Max and Parker; and his sister Carlene Walt. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
