With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jacquelyn Marie Hendricks (Libertyville, Illinois), who passed away on May 8, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her former husband Walter; her parents, Emily and Edward; and her sister Darlene. She is survived by: her children, Nora, William (Amanda), Andrew and Matthew; and her sisters, Laura and Mary Jane.

She asked that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to St. Coletta's of Illinois, 18350 Crossing Drive, Tinley Park, IL 60487.
