He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Cook and George Cook of Chicago; and his son Mark of Las Vegas. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Alex (Jess), Griffin and Paige; his wife Mary; and his son Edward (Tammy) of Chicago.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the McMurrough Chapel (101 Park Pl, Libertyville, IL 60048). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 from 5:30 PM to 6:00 PM at the McMurrough Funeral Chapel (101 Park Pl, Libertyville, IL 60048).
