He is survived by: his daughters, Karen Akaka (Aaron) and Diane Bleck (Patrick); his grandchildren, Chris Bleck (Autumn), Kim Dupor (Jovan) and Kalei Kuratko (Dan); and his great grandchildren, Joshua, Caleb Kuratko and Luka Dupor.
