She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucy Peña and Carlos Dela Peña; and her siblings, Robert Dela Peña, Richard Dela Peña, Dolores Dela Peña and Charles Dela Peña.
She is survived by: her children, Alex R. Hernandez Jr., Roberta Hernandez, Tony Hernandez (Nellie), Ron Hernandez (April) and Regina Agos (Tom). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
