He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elbert J. Wheeler and Joan Wheeler (O'Leary); his wife Laura Wheeler; his children, Matthew Wheeler (Kathleen), Aaron Wheeler (Adrienne), Alison Lockowitz (Matthew) and Jena Sandness; his grandchildren, Benjamin, Grace, Henry Lockowitz, William, Alexis Wheeler, Ricky and Jaylen Lissade; and his sisters, Laura VanSyckle (Tim) and Shawn Stelte (Tim).
