She is survived by: her children, Meg Hamilton (Jim), Kathy Miller (Tom), Tom Grace (Barbara Jo), Margie Kizaur (Joe), Bernie Grace and Annie Boehmer; her grandchildren, Beth Lindstrom, Debbie Kloczkowski (Ed), Jimmy Hamilton (Sara), Molly Hamilton (Chris Evans), Monica Lewis (Ryan), Maureen Pritchard (Rob), Patrick Grace (Erin), Jana Grace, Michelle Srivastava (Rikki), Dan Kizaur (Lauren), Andrew Kizaur, Jacob Kizaur, David Boehmer (Hailey) and Brian Boehmer (Kaci); her great grandchildren, Elin, Nora, Adam Lindstrom, Joanna, Isaiah Kloczkowski, Claudia, Bridget Hamilton, Rebecca, Tommy Lewis, Michael, Maura, Mark, Margaret Grace, Kelvyn, Rowan, Delaney Kizaur and Leena Srivastava; her husband Thomas E. Grace; her daughter Eileen D. Grace; her great grandchild Mini Pritchard; and also Greg A. Boehmer.
