It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Skinner of Libertyville, Illinois, who passed away on December 21, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Maras and Margaret Maras; her husband John; and her siblings, William and Margaret.
She is survived by: her children, John R Skinner (Rita), Susan Feltz, Steven J Skinner (Moira) and Margaret Schreiber (Michael); her grandchildren, Michael, Julie, Matthew, Katie, Aaron, Carrie, Douglas and Stephanie; and her great grandchildren, Charlie, Benjamin, Will, John Thomas, Luke, Kate, Abigail, Hannah, Kaden, Remington, Collins, Spencer, David, Rory, Henry and Molly.
A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (121 E Maple Ave, Libertyville, IL 60048).
In lieu of flowers, memorials made to Suncrest Hospice, 5 Revere Drive, Suite 130, Northbrook, IL 60062 would be greatly appreciated.
