She was predeceased by: her parents, John Sebanc and Frances Sebanc. She is survived by: her husband Pete Kazacoff; her sister Frances Stanich; her half-siblings, John Sebanc, Edward Sebanc, Sophie Mivec and Mary Turk (Mitzi); her daughter Elaine; her son-in-law Mark Sorg; and her granddaughter Lindsay Sorg. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

As her Alzheimer's Disease advanced, Dolores moved into a Memory Care Unit at Spring Meadows, Libertyville.
