He was predeceased by: his wife Jean Miller; his sister Julianne; and his parents, Gordon Kamman and Patricia Kamman. He is survived by: his sons, David C. Kamman, Jr. (Susan) and Gregory R. Kamman; his grandchildren, Christopher (Nicole), Timothy (Amber), Samantha, Charlotte and Jessica Kamman; and his great grandchild Jordy (Christopher).
