(Laura), Lawrence and Chuck Ptasienski; his grandchildren, Tyler Ptasienski and Casandra Mager; his siblings, Joseph (Joyce), Eugene (Blanch), Stanley (Sharon), Ed Ptasienski, Elizabeth Lewis, Ceil Gorr (Bill), Ann Massimo, Sally Melch (John) and Lorraine Holland; and his siblings-in-law, Sylvester C. Berdux (Sandra), Kathy Ptasienski (late Jules) and Dorothy J. Clark (William).
