It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Christian Hinrichs of Libertyville, Illinois, who passed away on December 21, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Katherine "Katie" Hinrichs; his son Kohl; his father Robert Hinrichs; his brother Erik Hinrichs (Leigh); his brother-in-law David Ruthenburg (Terra); his niece Ava; and his nephews, Zach Hinrichs, Jonathan and Connor Ruthenburg.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to The Neuroendocrine Tumor Research Foundation, CARA Collective of Chicago, Legal Aid Chicago, Feeding America, or The Night Ministry charities.
