We are sad to announce that on September 22, 2023, at the age of 11, Charlotte Mae Frank in Libertyville, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandmother Donna Harvey. She is survived by: her parents, Michelle Frank and Eric Frank; her siblings, George and Violet; her grandparents, Mark Harvey and Judith Barnes; her aunts, Melissa Stein (Jeff) and Lisa Lozinski (Jeff); and her cousins, Dean, Cole Stein, Grace, Henry Lozinski and Juniper. She is also survived by her family and all of her loving friends.
