He was predeceased by: his wife Donna J. Allensworth; his parents, Robert L. Allensworth Sr. and Audrey E. Allensworth (Hackney); his stepdaughter Neaola Cramer; and his sister Betty Ann Allensworth.
He is survived by: his brother Gene Allensworth of Nevada; his daughter Audra; his son-in-law Robert Parsons; his stepsons, Bill and Tom Embree; his grandsons, Tommy J., Tim Embree and Richard (Emmalee Parsons); and his great grandchild Rinlee Parsons.
His commitment to service extended beyond the workplace as he selflessly volunteered his time with the Liberty IL Ambulance from 1980 to 1995, the Liberty Lions Club from 1987 to 1997, and contributed to the Adams County Red Cross Disaster Assistance and RSVP programs.
