She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael L. Smith and Mary Agnes Sullivan Smith; her former husband Wayland Willard; her son Michael Todd Willard; her brother Michael W. Smith; and her stepdaughter Lila Capps.
She is survived by: her husband Harold T. Capps; her granddaughter Shelby Grace Willard; her stepchildren, Lisa Cox (Jeff) and Dean Capps (Nancy); her stepgrandchildren, Adam Cox (Juli), Sarah Denbow (Robbie) and Jeremy Capps (Bailey); her brother Mark Smith (Rebecca); her sister-in-law Donna Smith; her nieces and nephews, Kim Hoffmann (Mike), Teresa Higus (David), Brad Smith (Jane) and Roger Graves (Sharon); and also Lynn Cwikla. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, and many beloved cousins.
