She was predeceased by: her parents, Reiner Tammen and Jane Tammen (Kuper); her husband Matt; her daughter Daisy Hipsher; and her siblings, Irma Fossum, Gladys Steever, Francis and Ernie Tammen.
She is survived by: her son David Ludens (Sherri) of Dixon, IL; her son-in-law Les Hipsher of Brownstown, IL; and her grandchildren, Kristi Utley, Jason Hipsher (Kelly), Tiffany Hipsher, Matt Ludens (Claudia Tarava), Angela Ludens, Kyle Schopp (Christen) and Michael Ludens (McKanna Matthew). She is also survived by 23 great grandchildren and one great great-grandchild.
Memorials may be made in Mae's memory to First Presbyterian Church or Unity Hospice.
