He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Lentz and Mildred Lentz (Meyer); and his brother Leroy Lentz. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen "Kay" Wiewel; his children, Michelle Girardin (Mitch) of Fowler, Susan Lefringhouse (Spencer) and Michael Lentz (Jennifer Bradbury) of Liberty; his grandchildren, Luke Girardin, Alex Girardin, Ashley Long (Brady), Courtney Lefringhouse and Jack Lentz; and his sisters, Lorrie Klauser (Eugene) and Lois Knuffman (Richard) of Liberty.
