He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Culbertson and B. Elizabeth Culbertson Sr. (Jones); and his stepmother Anna Culbertson (Twist). He is survived by: his sons, Robert "Rob" Culbertson of Bloomington and Aaron "Petey" Culbertson of Lexington; his brother Dennis Culbertson (Laura) of Bloomington; his stepsisters, Sharon Ferguson of Gibson City and Barbara Loveless of Gibson City; and his siblings, David Culbertson and Sharon Culbertson.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions be directed to Lexington Community Center, Lexington.
