He was predeceased by: his parents, William Moser and Georgia Bryan Moser; his brother William Lee Moser; and his brother-in-law George Dennison. He is survived by: his brother-in-law Floyd Conley; and his siblings, Bonnie Spencer (Roger), Sandy Conley, Beverly Dennison, Barbara A. Parker (Rodney) and Becky Dove (Willie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
