She was predeceased by: her parents, Calvin Lippert and Mabel Pierson Lippert; her spouse Frankey D. Otto; her son Jim "Cookie" Cook; and her siblings, Wilber Pierson, Charles "Butch" Lippert, Shirley Kelly and Dixie Watkins.
She is survived by: her children, Chuck Otto (Lisa) of Pekin, Jeannie Baughman (Ron) of Smithfield, Lila Putman of Bryant, Bobby Hall (Bob) of Lewistown and Ida McBride (Terry) of Bryant; her grandchildren, Tonya Thompson, Billy Davison, Donna Hebb, James Putman, Brandy Hough, Dennis Monn Jr., Heather Monn, Gina Cook, Tiffany McBride, Terrance McBride, Danny Cook, Jaimee Cook, Ryan Otto and Andrew Otto; and her siblings, Larry "Buck" Pierson of Havana, Donald Lippert of Peoria, Loretta Hurt of Havana and Sharon Richardson of Bath. She is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren and several great-great-grandchildren.
