We are sad to announce that on May 27, 2023, at the age of 86, Anita C. Peters of Lewistown, Illinois, born in Oakford, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Emerson Moss and Dessie L. Moss (Blakeley Anderson); her sister Jane Ann Moss; and her grandson Shane Brandon Neteler. She is survived by: her husband Robert Peters of Lewistown; her children, Kathryn Baker (Jason) of Lewistown, Robert Dean Peters (Debbie) of Petersburg, Angela Neteler of Havana, Carol Jean Sisson of Kilbourne, Evelyn West (Bill) of Lewistown, Nancy Fields of Arlington and Melissa Thompson (Brian) of Lewistown; and her siblings, Ronald E. Moss of Greenview, Richard D. Moss of Petersburg and Karen Sue Short of Oakford. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; twenty-five great-grandchildren, three step-great-grandchildren, one great-great-granddaughter.
