He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Loy and Alta Loy (Pontious); and his siblings, Glen, Mike, Kent, Kevin, Bonita Davis and Marjorie Stuemke.

He is survived by: his significant other Loren Neal of Lerna; his daughter Tia; his grandson Jack; and his siblings, Carol (Vince), Eckel-Claps of Summerfield, FL, Sandra Tipsword of Summerfield, FL, Linda Pippin of Kingsman, AZ, Cathy Loy of St. Elmo and Arvie Loy of Charleston. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and close friends.
