He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis D. Blair and Montella Blair (Haga). He is survived by: his wife Karen Blair of Lerna, Illinois; his children, Debbie Beals (Tim) of Trilla, Robert Blair (Cheryl) of Mattoon and Jennifer Croslow (Mike) of Lerna, Illinois; his grandchildren, Beth Reeder (Shane), Erica Beals, Amanda Beals, Drew Croslow (Kristina), Austin Croslow and Colton Blair; and his brother John Blair (Jo) of Forsyth, Illinois. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials are suggested to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
