He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Atteberry and Hattie Atteberry (Snead); and his brother Carroll Atteberry. He is survived by: his wife Betty Ames; his children, Ryan Keith Atteberry (Wendi Abitz), Aaron Atteberry (Robin) and Stacey Atteberry; his grandchildren, Carolyn Atteberry (Andrew Robinson), Lyle Keith Atteberry and Braden Atteberry; his siblings, Kathy Heath (Michael), Diane Dickey (Joe), Alan Atteberry (Diane), David Atteberry (Joyce) and Keith Atteberry (Pam); and his friend Buttons. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
