James Hurst Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Hurst of Lerna, Illinois, born in Mattoon, Illinois, who passed away on February 27, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton Hurst and Dorothy Hurst (Bence). He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Croy; his daughter Angie Crites (Chris); and his grandchildren, Bailey, Hannah Crites and Cash Hurst. He is also survived by four sisters and three brothers; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations in his honor may be given to Lincolnland Hospice or the family.
