He is survived by: his children, Michael Kirkpatrick (Mary Beth) of Columbia, IL, Kermit James Heintz of Lenzburg, IL and Jayne Oaks (Travis) of Dieterich, IL; his siblings, Joyce Eggers of Tucson, AZ, Buster Kirkpatrick (Mary) of Marissa, IL, Gail Kloth (Gary) of Walsh, IL and Randy Kirkpatrick (Denise) of Coulterville, IL; his siblings-in-law, Floyd Green of Coulterville, IL, Leola Kirkpatrick of Red Bud, IL and Kay Kirkpatrick of Coulterville, IL; his grandchildren, Nicholas Kirkpatrick, Trinity, Jaxon Heintz, Henley and Cannon Oaks; his former wife Sandra Kirkpatrick of Columbia, IL; and his caregiver Brenda Larson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives.
