He was predeceased by: his parents, Amiel Holtz and Leora Holtz (Schult); and his brothers-in-law, Bill, Jim, Bob and Ron.
He is survived by: his wife Sue Simmons of Lena; his children, Adam Holtz (Missy) of Lena and Amy Boyer (Eric) of Lena; his grandchildren, Pacey, Addie and Karlee; and his siblings, Bob (Sharon) of Marshall, WI, Jerry (Joni) of Belmont, WI, Bill (Jayne) of Fort Collins, CO and Karen Schwartz (Tom) of Darlington, WI. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial has been established in his memory.
