He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Fedorev of Winnebago, IL; his sons, John Howe of Monroe, WI and Tom Howe (Morgan) of Lena, IL; his stepsons, Evan Fedorev of Dekalb, IL and Connor Fedorev of Rockford, IL; his grandchildren, Blake, Evelyn and Lydia; and his siblings, David Howe (Yvonne) of Freeport, Jon Howe of Portage, WI, Dawn Jacobs of McConnell, IL and Nancy Seuring (Kent) of Lena, IL. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial has been established in his name.
