It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Burdick Jr. of Lena, Illinois, born in Freeport, Illinois, who passed away on July 2, 2020, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Burdick and Evelyn Burdick (Swingley); and his sister Dixie McLain. He is survived by: his children, Thomas Burdick (Rachel Boelk) of Freeport, David Burdick of Minnesota and Laura Gempler of Monroe, Wisconsin; his siblings, Tim Burdick, Marge Fissell and Nancy Burdick; and his granddaughter Alexandria Burdick.

A memorial has been established in his memory.
