He is survived by: his sons, Lee Block (Stacey) of Pearl City, IL and Matt Block (Jodi) of Lena, IL; his grandsons, Jensen Block, Jared Lauer, Adam Block (Jodi) and Austin Block; and his sister Cherri Block of Tucson, AZ..
