He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Johnson and Lenore Johnson (Syse); and his brother Phil. He is survived by: his wife Rene Guequierre of Lena; his children, David Johnson of Phoenix, AZ, Jenny Johnson (Brenda Larson) of Baraboo, WI and Steve Johnson of Gilbert, AZ; his grandchildren, Dallas Johnson of Phoenix, AZ, Taylor Link (JT) of Gilbert, AZ, Haley Johnson of Phoenix, AZ and Kade Richard Johnson of Gilbert, AZ; his brother Bill Johnson of Argyle, WI; and his sister-in-law Carolyn Johnson of Belleville, WI. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established for the Lena Food Pantry and Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Lena.
